Inclusion Matters by Shane’s Inspiration hosts several events throughout the year that bring our supporters together to share their passion for our mission. We offer a unique variety of annual events including our Gala, Golf Tournament, Run, Walk & Roll, and Legendary Bingo. Other special fundraising events have included our Carnegie Hall Benefit Concert, Women of Inspiration Tea, and Macy’s Round Up for Charity Event, to name a few. Additionally, we host My PlayClub bi-monthly playdates at our inclusive playgrounds where children of ALL abilities have the opportunity to play together.

Get ready for My PlayClub: Goblin Gathering, a Halloween morning of tricks, treats, and inclusive fun at our newest playground in Elysian Park near Dodger Stadium! Hosted by Universal Studios Hollywood, kids of all abilities can play together, explore our Sensory Spook Tent, enjoy Halloween activities, and cast their vote at our accessible Kids’ Polling Place—because every voice matters!

Celebrate the power of inclusive play at Aidan’s Place! Created by Paralympian Isaac Jean-Paul, this free community playdate features adaptive sports, creative arts, live performances, family activities, and athlete-led fun with Olympians and Paralympians. Children of ALL abilities are welcome. Presented by IMSI, Ready, Set, Gold!, and Foundation Fighting Blindness. Sponsored by FOX ABLE and Ability Central.
