Inclusion Matters by Shane’s Inspiration is a non-profit organization committed to the creation of inclusive, sensory rich, developmentally appropriate, fun, safe, and challenging playgrounds where children of all abilities can play together at their highest level of ability. For children with disabilities, this may represent the first time in their lives they can swing, climb up high, and play side-by-side with their friends and peers without having to abandon their usual means of mobility. For all children, an Inclusive Playground offers stimulating, challenging, safe, and fun activities in a play environment that is accessible well beyond the minimum requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines. We are delighted that you have an interest in building your own Inclusive Playground in your community.
