Through inclusive, accessible playgrounds, adults and children alike can encounter diverse abilities. These opportunities to play together bring joy and growth that everyone deserves. I love to see happiness on the faces of each person at an Inclusion Matters by Shane’s Inspiration playground.
Janine graduated from Wright State University in Ohio with a degree in Marketing and moved to Los Angeles to start her career. After working in pharmaceuticals for many years, Janine became a volunteer for Shane’s Inspiration. Soon after she began helping in the office, Janine began working as the Outreach & Events Consultant. She worked in that capacity for three years before shifting directions to exclusively work as the Database Manager. Janine enjoys outdoors, cooking, travel and wine.
