Real Strength has to do with helping others.

“When educating the minds of our youth, we must not forget to educate their hearts” – Dalai Lama

Blanca Villareal studied at California State University Northridge and received her Bachelor of Arts in Early Child Development. She has always had a passion for careers with children and families. She has 20+ years of experience working with children from newborn to 12 years old. From this experience, she learned the importance of nurturing, guiding, and providing multiple ways of creating a curriculum that is developmentally appropriate for each individual child and she does it in a way that promotes creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning. One of her strengths is advocating for diversity and inclusion, by providing opportunities for children of all abilities to make social-emotional connections and build friendships through play. Her future goal is to develop a reading program to promote literacy among lower-income families, develop a program for therapeutic art, and enrich healthy lifestyles for school-age children.
