Inclusion Matters by Shane’s Inspiration hosts several events throughout the year that bring our supporters together to share their passion for our mission. We offer a unique variety of annual events including our Gala, Golf Tournament, Run, Walk & Roll, and Legendary Bingo. Other special fundraising events have included our Carnegie Hall Benefit Concert, Women of Inspiration Tea, and Macy’s Round Up for Charity Event, to name a few. Additionally, we host My PlayClub bi-monthly playdates at our inclusive playgrounds where children of ALL abilities have the opportunity to play together.

My PlayClub: Sunday Funday

For the first time, we are hosting My PlayClub on a Sunday! Join us at Shane’s Inspiration Playground in Griffith Park for this special event, hosted by Valley Beth Shalom Early Childhood Center. This free gathering brings children of ALL abilities together for a fun, inclusive playdate. Enjoy face painting, temporary tattoos, arts & crafts, snacks, and lots of play on 2-acre playground. We will also have buddies for our kiddos! In celebration of Earth Day, all activities will be earth-friendly!

Swing for Inclusion Golf Challenge

Aloha! Join us for our 11th Annual Golf Challenge on Monday, May 19, 2025, at Angeles National Golf Club in Sunland, CA! It’s FORE the Kids! Embrace the island spirit with a day of tropical vibes, golf, games, prizes, and ono (delicious) food—all to support Inclusion Matters by Shane’s Inspiration. Legendary Bingo

This is not your grandma’s bingo! Our Drag Queen Hostess will call 10 bingo games in a lively, sometimes saucy, but always fun manner. We give prizes to each winner and have a few live auction items. This event is not recommended for children, though the funds raised will support our free community outreach and educational programs that bring children of all abilities together through play. Don’t miss this fun event! It’s a great date night or Girls’ Night Out!
